Associate professor of Administrative Law at the Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona. Since 2020, she is a member of the Comissió Jurídica Assessora of the Generalitat of Catalonia and, since 2009, Director of the Enric Prat de la Riba Chair of Local Legal Studies (UAB-FAAEE), within the framework of which she directs three editorial lines on local law: ¿Soc regidor i ara què? (11 vol.), Estudis Locals (8 vol.) and Quaderns de l’Electe (5 vol.). She is also Co-Director of the Barcelona Chair of Housing Studies (2021-present), formed by the Government of Catalonia, Barcelona City Council, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Universitat de Barcelona, Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and Universitat Pompeu Fabra. She is Secretary-Treasurer of the Spanish Association of Town Planning Law.She has been director of the Housing Agency of Catalonia (2018-2020) and president of the Commission for the Control of Non-Referendum Popular Consultations (2016-2018) –member by appointment of the Parliament of Catalonia (Presidential Decree 281/2016 of 2 August). He has directed various master’s degrees, postgraduate courses and seminars on sectoral areas of action of local authorities (urban planning, leadership and local governance, administrative litigation, human resources, public sector contracting, etc.).
